The counselling process involves dialogical interaction between the counsellor and the Client. The Counselling occurs in a safe, contained space that ensures that the Client is supported and validated.

People engage counselling in order to cope with crisis, grief, divorce or significant unexpected life changing trauma. These changes they can be the catalyst for depression, anxiety and panic resulting in sleep disturbance and changes in general habits such as eating, working, and relating to others.

All Counselling is confidential and generally the relationship lasts for between 6 and 12 sessions of an hour each.
